Fabrication

With a separate production factory area of approximately 20,000 square feet, sheet metal work and other fabrication-related activity is one of the largest manufacturing areas in the Equip business. We have the capacity for small volume, one-off or prototype manufacturing and also the facilities to cater to larger and full production. With a massive range of machinery, including 5 CNC press brakes, Laser Cutting, and Punching, all allied to a comprehensive range of conventional equipment and associated processes such as guillotining, punching, sawing and rolling. Our manufacturing environment is dedicated solely to high-quality fabrication, machining and assembly processes. These facilities, combined with the expertise of their experienced staff, allow Equip to offer ‘one-stop shop’ solutions to our valued customers.

Assembly

We can offer a comprehensive range of mechanical processes to produce all sub-assembly components and then assemble them to provide a complete finished product ready for installation. These processes include Riveting, Bonding, Inserts & Studs and the Fitment of proprietary components
